Pricing

GMS competitively prices services based on the number of parties and whether a dispute involves individuals. The hourly rate decreases when hours are purchased in bulk. All parties must sign a mediation agreement and remit the fee prior to the mediation taking place.

Note that GMS will begin mediating Federal court-annexed cases beginning in the Summer of 2018. Disputes likely to end up in Federal court may be mediated by GMS prior to a complaint being filed.
